FANDANGO Catering Launches Business Sandwich Lunch Menu

FANDANGO Catering has launched a Business Sandwich Lunch menu for 2010.

For business meetings where a sandwich lunch is the order of the day, our gourmet sandwiches, organic salads and fruit trays, and signature mini desserts are perfect! Served on trays to cut down waste.

All our food is handmade from scratch. Our gourmet sandwiches include:

  • Smoked Turkey, Pesto, Tomato, and Roasted Red Pepper Sandwiches on Ciabatta Rolls
  • Pesto Chicken, Quesadilla Cheese, and Red Pepper Wraps
  • Ham and Gruyere with Dijon Butter on Ciabatta Rolls
  • Cream Cheese Chicken Salad on Multigrain
  • Prosciutto-Pesto Baguette with Fresh Mozzarella
  • Three-Cheese with Green Chiles and Chipotle Ranch Vegetarian Wraps

FANDANGO Catering Launches 2010 Hors d'Oeuvres Menu


FANDANGO Catering has launched its January 2010 Hors d'Oeuvres Menu with many new, HANDMADE Global hors d'oeuvres.


We are known for our handmade, 100% from scratch hors d'oeuvres, created using only natural ingredients and no preservatives or trans fats.

Just a few of our delicious new hors d'oeuvres:

  • Guacamole Mousse Tartlets
  • Tiny Parmesan Shortbreads with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Queso Fresco
  • Grilled Beef Fillet with Salsa Verde Croutes (fluted rounds)
  • Mushrooms Filled with Three Cheeses

FANDANGO Catering Adds to Its Hors d'Oeuvres Menu

FANDANGO Catering has added to its extensive Hors d'Oeuvres Menu, the largest selection of HANDMADE, all-natural hors d'oeuvres in Houston.

For 2010 we have added many new hors d'oeuvres. Made by hand from start to finish, our hors d'oeuvres include a wide variety of meat and vegetarian options and ensure our clients' reputation for dazzling events with impeccable food.

Today it's rare to find a chef who uses all-butter pastry and does not buy par-made food from the big suppliers but our Executive Chef Jesús Lumbreras-Calvo refuses to lower his standards for any of our company's delectable handmade creations. FANDANGO Catering is known for its top ingredients and painstaking care in all its food and for its made-by-hand hors d'oeuvres that melt in your mouth--too many choices!

2010 additions include:
